Overview

The sauvignon blanc grapes come from primarily southeast-facing slopes in the Kurtatsch valley an altitude of up to 400 meters above sea level. The soil is gravely and sandy loamy alluvial soils. The vines are 30 years old and the growing system is guyot and pergola.
