Overview
It is nice to offer a Puglian wine that is made with 100% Negroamaro grapes. It is of interest that Negroamaro is Puglia’s most widely planted grape varietal. Most versions of this grape make up a part of a blend. Salice Salentino and Copertino DOC’s sport Negroamaro as a majority grape in a blend that also features Malvasia Nera. However this is a fine and rare example of low yield, barrel conditioned Negroamaro.
