Overview

Norman Hardie contracts two extraordinary growers in the St.David’s Bench area of the Niagara Peninsula . Although the soil type is somewhat similar to his sites in Prince Edward County , there is less limestone in the Niagara soil. However, the Niagara Pinot Noir still has a distinct minerality, but greater impressions of fruit and softness.
