MdM: Dark, purple red with violet hue and an almost black center. Well structured nose with ripe berries, discreet spiciness and elegant minerality. On the palate juicy character with fine silky tannins and excellent structure. Very good length. 93 points
AL: Quite dark ruby with a purple core. The nose shows darker fruit, some new oak, plum, blackcurrant, mint and dark cherry; the palate is rich and chewy with good density, balanced acidity, dark chocolate, dark berries, well integrated oak and a long warm finish; attractively done. 91 points.
