Vino Bianco

Nino Franco Rustico – Veneto - This is as good as it gets. Robert Parker.
Refreshing persistent slightly sweet bubbles. The party favourite, great starter with hors doevres.

Braida Lange Bianco “Il Fiore” – Piemonte
Floral white, with a full and lasting crisp taste. Italian appetizers, cured meats and fish.

Feudi di San Gregorio Fiano – Campania
Dry white with full body, balanced with a fruity finish. Great on its own or served with shellfish medium cheeses.

Argiolas Vermentino “Costamolino” – Sicilia - 91 points Wine Advocate.
Fresh, supple aromas of tropical fruit with zesty acidity. Serve with grilled white fish and shellfish.

Maculan Pino and Toi – Veneto>
Mouth full of fresh fruit with nice acidity and fragrant finish. Aperitifs, antipasti shellfish and seafood.

Vino Rosso

Roberto Voerzio Dolcetto d’Alba – Piemonte
Soft and lush complex red. Serve with roast turkey with fresh or roasted vegetables.

Planeta Cerasuolo – Sicilia
Supple and wonderfully fresh red. Aperitvio, shellfish, lamb and turkey.

Planeta La Segreta Rosso – Sicilia
Ripe red fruit soft tannins. This is the versatile Sicilian red party wine.

Maculan Pinot Nero – Veneto
Medium bodied, warm and fresh. Pair with grilled or roasted halibut, salmon or pork.

Felluga Vertigo - Friuli
